Q: What makes Luxe Aura different?
We compose exclusively in Extrait de Parfum, the highest concentration in fine perfumery, using oils imported from France.
Q: Are your fragrances original compositions?
Yes. Every Luxe Aura fragrance is composed for this house.
We work within the established families of perfumery, citrus, floral, amber and oud, because that is where the great fragrances have always lived. Originality in perfumery has never meant inventing a new category. It means what you do inside one.
Q: How long does the scent last?
Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of fine fragrance, which generally means greater depth and staying power than an eau de parfum or eau de toilette. Individual experience varies with skin chemistry, climate and application.
Q: What size are the bottles?
Every fragrance in the collection is 100ml. Further sizes will follow.
Q: Tell me about the bottle.
The bottle is designed in Dubai and draws on the city's royal and architectural character. It is made to be kept in view rather than in a drawer, and finished to the same standard as what it holds.
Q: Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are made with IFRA-compliant oils, premium-grade alcohol and skin-safe fixatives. If your skin is sensitive, test a small amount on your inner arm before wearing more broadly.
Q: How should I store my fragrance?
Away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place. Heat and light degrade fragrance faster than time does. The bathroom is the worst place in most homes.
Q: Will the bottle colour fade?
No. The glass is tinted rather than painted or coated, so the colour is part of the bottle itself.

Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Unopened fragrances may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used fragrance.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Email return@luxeaurafragrance.us within 7 days with your order number and photographs. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
