Return & Exchange Policy

15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Condition

Fragrances must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with all seals intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used fragrance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at return@luxeaurafragrance.us with your order number and photographs.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email return@luxeaurafragrance.us with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Fragrance Shipping Restriction

Perfume contains alcohol and must be shipped by ground transportation. Do not ship returns by air.

Return instructions will include the correct shipping method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unopened items within the same 15-day window, subject to availability.

If the replacement differs in price, we will charge or refund the difference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used fragrance.
• Gift sets with any item opened.
• Items returned without authorization.
• Items returned after the 15-day window.
